I used to be a plastic bottle! I am now a recycled cushion, toy and craft filling! A near white, lofty filling made from 100% recycled plastic bottles. Plastic bottles are collected by waste companies who sort, clean and shred the used plastic bottles to a ?washed flake?, state. The flakes are processed and fluffed to produce a clean, near white, fantastic bouncy polyester stuffing. A perfect bulky filler for cushions, toys and other large craft projects. Fibre complies to BS5852 British flammability test, BS1425 British cleanliness certificate & EN71-3 European standards certificate. Makers who sell craft items and work with fillings, know it is a legal requirement to hold a record of the EN71-3 certificate to display in their makers safety file. Feel assured, our recycled filling meets all requirements needed.
Delivery is charged as priced on each order. Your order will usually be sent via Royal Mail. If a courier is used it will generally be sent on a next day delivery. Once you have placed an order we will endeavour to dispatch it on the same day. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be charged for both delivery and return costs.
If you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will usually try to deliver again the next working day or they will drop a card in to offer you a collection from a local collection point. If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery on both delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred.
All quoted delivery prices are for most UK Mainland addresses. Northern Ireland (BT), Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles, Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles will incur additional charges and may also experience delivery delays.
We will only deliver goods to the address on the order.

As such, delivery cannot be guaranteed and any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only. We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.
We hope you are happy with your products and don't need to return any.
Any unwanted items must be sent back at the customer's expense in original packaging and condition. If you wish us to give you a quote for this please send us an e-mail, otherwise return the goods to:

If you are unhappy with the goods received we will refund them if they are sent back at the customer's expense in new re-saleable condition within 7 working days along with the original receipt.
We do not accept returns on any yarns that are discontinued or have been bought on sale.
Special orders are non-returnable
We suggest for your own protection you use 1st class registered post.
When returning items, please obtain proof of posting, as we cannot accept responsibility of any lost items in the post.
Any refunds will be issued once we have received the goods, in their original condition. This refund only includes the total of goods sent not the delivery charge.
We will not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:
- We do not deliver to your area
- If we do not have that product in stock
- If the price listed is incorrect or there was a typing error with the order.
- If we do cancel, you'll be notified wither by email or telephone and re-credit your account the amount deducted by us from your payment/card.
While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with Really Maria is positive.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be governed by the laws of England and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We are required by law to inform you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.
